Who Can't Stop Working

Most EMT programs demand your entire schedule. Hero Evolution was designed for people who are already working, already committed, and need a path that fits real life without cutting corners on real training.

01
Study When You Can

Complete all 41 chapters on the Pearson MyLab BRADY platform on your own schedule -- early morning, late night, lunch break. No mandatory Zoom sessions. No fixed lecture times. You move at your pace.

02
Skills Every Saturday*

Eight dedicated in-person skills blocks, Saturdays in Roy.* Hands-on. Instructor-led. Real equipment. The psychomotor skills that the Pearson platform can't teach -- we teach in person, to 100% accuracy.

03
Instructors Who Answer

"I had the opportunity to learn from Rachel and Charlie before they started their own program. I can confidently say they are some of the most supportive and impactful educators I have ever had. They take their time to create a safe and welcoming environment where students truly feel comfortable being themselves. They actively encourage growth by reminding students that failure is part of the learning process, and they help you build confidence through it rather than fear it. What has stood out to me most is how much they genuinely care about their students beyond academics. I truly cannot recommend them enough. Any student would be lucky to learn from these two."

"Excellent program! The ability to attend classes and skills sessions without interrupting my work schedule was a huge benefit. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and always available to help. Their ability to engage and encourage you is first rate. This is NOT a boring class -- you will learn a ton even if you have had previous experience in the EMS field, and you will have fun doing it! Highly recommend for any age!"

"4Front ETC is the BEST place for your EMT classes! They really make sure that you know what you are learning about and they take the time to break things down for you. They are also really good about working with your schedule because they understand we all have lives. They keep the lectures educational but hold your interest the whole time -- coming from someone with the attention span of a goldfish, this comes in handy! They really care about their students and it shows!"

"4Front ETC has been a wonderful program to complete your EMT. Charlie and Rachel have been amazing instructors. The coursework can sometimes be overwhelming but they help you through it and they want to help you succeed. It is nice to still be able to travel and attend class through Zoom and complete coursework on the go."

The $300 holds your specific seat in the June 1 cohort. It is non-refundable. Once placed, that seat is yours. The remaining $1,400 is paid in two installments -- $700 before orientation and $700 within two weeks of your cohort start date.
Skills blocks are scheduled on Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at our Roy, Utah facility. Due to holiday weekends, occasional blocks are rescheduled as two midweek sessions of 4.5 hours each (Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM). Both sessions must be attended for full credit on a split block. There are 8 required blocks total. You must complete the corresponding didactic module on Pearson before attending each block. Blocks repeat in series throughout the year -- if you miss one, you attend that block in the next series.
Yes -- if you stay current with your module work and attend skills blocks at the earliest eligible opportunity. The fastest path runs across two series and takes approximately 9 to 12 weeks. The state-mandated maximum is 9 months. Most students finish well before that.
Additional cohorts are planned for July, August, September, and beyond. If June fills, contact us to be placed on the July waitlist. Text or email gets the fastest response -- (801) 791-7356 or info@4frontetc.com.
