We built 4Front ETC around that difference.
Weber State has hundreds of students. Boot camps have a checkout time. We have twelve seats and instructors who know your name, your pace, and exactly where you need work. You are not a number here. You never will be.
Eight dedicated Saturday skills blocks*, spaced across the program. Not a one-week cram session followed by a test. Spaced repetition. Progressive skill building. We train until it becomes instinct, because your patients deserve nothing less.
Every Tuesday and Thursday, 10 AM to 2 PM. In person or virtual. Direct instructor access built into your tuition at no extra cost. No other EMT program in Utah offers this. Not one.
* Most skills blocks are held on Saturdays, 8 AM to 5 PM. Due to holiday scheduling, occasional blocks are split into two midweek evening sessions (Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM). Both sessions must be attended to receive full credit. If unable to attend a split session, the block may be completed in a future series.

Before she ever ran a call, Rachel spent a decade as a doula, childbirth educator, and midwife. Twenty years in EMS later, she is still the person everyone opens up to within five minutes. She has forgotten more about patient assessment than most instructors have ever learned.
