Utah Licensure Requirement – R911-5-201(4)
To enroll in the AEMT program you must hold a current, active Utah EMT license. That license must remain current and in good standing throughout the entire duration of the course until your AEMT license is issued. An expired or lapsed EMT license at any point during the course is a disqualifying event. This is a statutory requirement – not a 4Front policy – and cannot be waived.
